Guide

1. Add _quarto-latest.yml
2. Add navbar.right in _quarto.yml to allow for switching (or put it somewhere else!)
3. Include in .github/workflows/publish.yml two “Render” steps, with and without the QUARTO_PROFILE environment variable set
4. Do not use quarto-actions/publish; push worktree at _site to gh-pages instead
5. Manually add an “index.html” redirect to the root of the gh-pages branch
